SaveBack
Terms of Use
Overview
These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the SaveBack app.
SaveBack is a narrow routine runner that helps users organize and repeat short routines built from YouTube links. It is a utility product for repeat behavior, not a discovery feed, medical service, or generic fitness tracker.
Acceptance of Terms
By using SaveBack, the user agrees to these Terms of Use. If the user does not agree, the user should not use the app.
If SaveBack uses YouTube API Services or other YouTube-controlled playback or developer features in the shipping app, use of those features is also subject to the applicable YouTube terms and policies.
Description of the Service
- create routines made from YouTube links
- import or paste YouTube links into the app
- view lightweight metadata and thumbnails for those links
- run routine items in sequence
- optionally receive reminder notifications
- view lightweight completion progress
SaveBack is designed to reduce friction around repeating a small routine. It is not designed to replace YouTube, to host third-party content, or to provide broad media discovery.
Eligibility and Lawful Use
Users are responsible for using SaveBack in compliance with applicable law, platform rules, and the rules of any third-party service whose content or links they use through the app.
User Inputs and Responsibility
Users are responsible for the links, routine names, and routine content they choose to store in SaveBack.
Users represent that they have the right to use the links and content references they add to the app and that their use of those links through SaveBack complies with applicable platform terms.
Third-Party Content and Services
SaveBack may display, embed, or launch content associated with third-party services, including YouTube. Those services have their own terms, policies, and technical requirements.
YouTube content remains owned or controlled by its respective rights holders. SaveBack does not claim ownership of YouTube content and does not grant users any rights in that content.
License
SaveBack grants the user a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms of Use and any applicable Apple platform terms.
No Medical Advice
SaveBack is not a medical product and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Any routines, reminders, or linked videos are provided only as general organizational tools. Users should use their own judgment and seek qualified professional advice where appropriate.
Availability and Product Changes
SaveBack may change, suspend, or remove app features at any time, including routine tools, settings surfaces, third-party integrations, and playback behavior.
Feedback
If users later submit bug reports, ideas, or other feedback to SaveBack, SaveBack may use that feedback to improve the product without owing compensation, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
No Warranty
SaveBack is provided on an as is and
as available basis to the fullest extent permitted by
law. SaveBack does not guarantee uninterrupted availability,
perfect accuracy, or compatibility with every third-party service or
content source.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SaveBack and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to use of the app.
Termination
Users may stop using SaveBack at any time. SaveBack may suspend or terminate access where necessary to protect the app, comply with law, or respond to misuse.
Apple Distribution Terms
If SaveBack is distributed through Apple's App Store, use of the app is also subject to Apple's applicable storefront, platform, and licensed application terms.
Changes to These Terms
SaveBack may update these Terms of Use over time. Material product or policy changes should be reflected in an updated version before those changes are released.
